Awards

What awards & Acclaims have they received?

Jaci’s Kubu Villa forms part of the reimagined Jaci’s Private Lodge collection, known for colourful Madikwe hospitality, family-friendly safari design and highly personalised private-villa stays. Its distinction lies in its Marico River setting, exclusive-use scale and the ease of a dedicated guide, chef, vehicle and host team.

Location

Madikwe Game Reserve, South Africa

Jaci’s Kubu Villa sits within Madikwe Game Reserve in South Africa’s North West Province, a malaria-free Big Five reserve known for varied bushveld, strong predator country and rewarding family safari logistics. The villa’s position above the Marico River gives it a quieter riverine feel, with game drives, hide access and lodge facilities close at hand.

From the UK, access is usually via Johannesburg or Cape Town, followed by a scheduled flight, road transfer or charter depending on the reserve. Madikwe is closer to Johannesburg or Gaberone in Botswana.

South Africa is generally one of the easiest safari countries logistically, especially for families and first-time travellers.

Perfect for The Architect & The Curator

Jaci’s Kubu Villa speaks first to The Architect travellers through its exclusive-use layout, private team, family and group suitability, and control over safari pacing. The Curator adds the villa’s rebuilt design, river setting and polished private-lodge feel.

Accommodation
